This page contains a list of common problems with the Mantid wiki, trac and subversion systems and how to solve them.

Logon Problems

Forgotten login details

1. Find your user name by looking at the list of wiki users here.
2. Click on the log in link at the top right of the page.
3. Enter your user name and click the 'Forgotten Password' link. The system will generate a new password and email it to you.

I'm not listed in TRAC user lists

This is because you have not verified your email address.

1. Log on to this wiki.
2. Click on the My Preferences.
3. Check your password and then click the "Resend email confimation" button.
4. Click on the link in the email when it arrives.
